Norwich has received so many newcomers, families
from Haiti, Latin America, and elsewhere, that the
normal programs for learning English are
overwhelmed. St. Mary's has proposed holding
summer English tutoring sessions for the
new students. 8-week ESL tutoring begins in July and August,
starting Tuesday or Thursday, July 9, 11 from 10-11:30 a.m.
Wednesday, July 10 6:30-8:00 p.m.
