St. Mary Restoration Committee Meeting 12/7/2022

Friends:

We meet this Thursday evening at 7 p.m. in St. Mary” basement hall. I hope you can share in this very important meeting.

As always, our principle two concerns are:

1. The state of the restoration work, along with its cost

2. Fundraising: This includes

• the pledge campaign among parish members

• outreach to possible patrons outside the parish;

• fundraising activities

• the search for foundation and public funding sources.

As we plan, I suggest that we:

• look at: the state of our organization

• prepare a fundraising calendar for the year 2023

• address the relationship between St. Mary’s and Saints Peter and Paul’s.
