Service Description

-Are beginning to model the behavior shown by those role models in their lives that they love and admire…i.e. parent, teacher, coach, etc. -The age of reason is in play and they begin to understand on a deeper level the meaning between right and wrong or good and bad -Longer attention span and greater attention to detail is forming and growing -Concrete examples are still best for learning, however they begin to understand abstract principles -Memory skills are rapidly developing so prayer is especially important at this age -Structure and routine are still the best setting for this age to learn as they can begin to achieve independence and develop a sense of coping leading to greater self esteem -Are better able to work in a group and develop deeper friendships with peers
